Final Project

After uncountable experiments,

I finally done my 3D cube.

Why I say Green Tea Container represent me?

Of course,

one of the reason is I love to drink tea.

I have created a Green Tea Container which contains 5 containers.

It represent 5 family members in my family,

my dad, my mum, my younger sis, my younger bro, and me.

I not only represent myself,

but I also represent my family.

Whatever I do,

it will become a topic among my parents with relatives and friends.

We concern each other although we do not speak it out.

Just like this project,

I did not mention clearly about family,

but it still represent a simple, happy family.

Jaya 33 Trip

I went to Jaya 33 to go and find the tin which was suggested by Mr Malik.

I only found one Japanese Milk drinks tin.
But it is too long and too thin.

I found another tins which look nice too.
But the drinks are beer.
I don't drink beer,
no one can help me drink as well.

So,
no choice,
give up,
and continue with my Green Tea.

Stucked

After several experiments,

my 3D cube seemed still has not improvement.

I really stuck.

Should I maintain my original design or change to another one since I have other ideas?

Last Consultation

Time flies.

Today is the last day for the consultation.

Today we didn't go class,

but consult at PF because all of us were at PF that time after submitting Drawing 1 Assignment 2, Portfolio and Sketchbook.

I did not do much for the past week.

I'm busy with other assignments.

I showed Mr Malik my tin which was cut into two.

I also showed him the corrugate board I did.

I did failed to do what I wanted to do,

Finding Green Tea Tin

After consultation today,
I was asked to get a real Green Tea Tin to proceed my 3D cube.
( At first I want to do myself one )

The tin can get easily at everywhere,
but,
the major problem is,
I don't know how to cut the tin nicely.
That's why I want to do the tin myself using paper.

But,
still,
I need to give it a try.
Maybe ask my friend demo to me how to cut.
:P

Further Development of Sketches

After getting approve from Mr Malik for my 3D Cube design,
I did a further development of my 3D cube.

I redraw my design nicely,
and did some measurement.

As our cube cannot exceed 20cm,
so I decided to do about 18cm.

For my mind map,

I have included my favourite, such as colour, flower, desserts, drinks, animals, cartoon, music, and my hobbies.

Then,

I started to develop my favourites to become a 3D cube.

From the mind map above,

Mr Malik pointed out my favourite drinks to become the main idea of my 3D module.

I have done 3 sketches for my 3D module.

First sketches is about a music box of a girl playing violin.

I had this concept is because I love to listen to music,

and I play violin too.

However,

this 3D module is quite complicated.

It can be a music box, memo stand, and pencil holders.

Second sketches is a gift box which contains animals' face container.

I had this idea is because I love to collect stuff and I always don't have a suitable container.

Besides that, I wanted add the animals faces is to make the container more cute.

It can be containers or decoration.

Third sketches is a tin which can be become containers.

This idea is quite similar to the previous idea,

is just I used a different way to portray it.

The tin can be open and when open the tin,

there are containers with cute containers' cover.

Finally, Mr Malik chose the third sketches.

He found that this sketches is quite nice.

So, I was asked to proceed with this idea.

Start to figure out,

Sitting in front my desk,
take out pen and papers,
but,
do not know where to start.

maybe shud write about my characteristics and my favourite stuff,
